Shipping

We offer First Class, Priority and Express shipping methods through USPS. Typically, your items will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.  All hair products are shipped using only Priority or Express.  All lashes and accessories will be shipped First Class or Priority.  If you require your items ASAP you can pay an extra fee for Express shipping 1-2 days (Hair items only).   Please note that we only ship out Monday thru Friday and all delivery times are estimates.

• Time in transit also depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. 

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

Mink Syndicate is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
