Refund policy
Customer Service is paramount here at Mink Syndicate and your safety and happiness is our number one priority.
Returns
- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Additionally, you will need the receipt and proof of purchase
- To be eligible for a return on your Virgin Hair purchases, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If items are not in new condition we will refuse the return, no exceptions.
- Of note: Please do not brush the hair out or run your hands through the hair.
- Remember to start a return, you can contact us at minksyndicate@minksyndicate.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of our items and sanitary purposes, all Eyelash sales are final. Although it is very rare we do understand that at times an item may come with a defect. You will need to contact us immediately and send us a picture of your item that arrived damaged. Please send to minksyndicate@minksyndicate.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All custom units sales are final. If you receive your unit and find a defect, please contact us and we will work to correct any issues you have. We are here to help you. Please send email and picture of unit to minksyndicate@minksyndicate.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
